Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Parkview
Residents’ Association (PRA) will formally take place on 18 November 2020 by
means of electronic communication.
Although the president has announced the relaxation of lockdown regulations in
terms of the Disaster Management Act, the Executive Committee (Exco) of the PRA
has decided that a face-to-face meeting would expose the participants to
We shall therefore be conducting the AGM by means of circulating the following
written documents via email to all our members on 30 October 2020:
- Minutes of the 2019 AGM
- Financial report
- Report from the Exco.
Members are asked to submit any questions you may have to the Exco by close of
business on Friday, 6 November 2020. The Exco will respond to these questions
electronically to all members, together with the AGM pack on 13 November 2020.
The AGM will be concluded on 18 November 2020 and the resolutions summarised
below will require your approval by electronic vote by close of business on
Wednesday, 18 November 2020.
- Acceptance of the Exco report
- Acceptance of the Audited Financial Statements
- Election of committee members
- Any notices of motion.
The final minutes and summary will be distributed by 27 November 2020.
Any member of the Parkview Residents’ Association is entitled to receive these
documents and raise questions.
